Since last Thursday I have put on 3 pounds and a lot of tummy weight.
What is the best way to lose this weight?
I don't have much time so exercise is quite limited!
Any good diets / detoxes?

I'm in your boat. I lost two pounds last week within a week and I feel I've put it on, I've been eating nothing but fat over Christmas hah! I'm going to the gym tomorrow so I'll pump it out!
You cannot spot reduce. You will have to lose weight in general through a better diet and exercise. I'm sure you have time for an hour of exercise a couple times a week. I would recommend a lot of ab strengthening exercises because it can speed up the burning of fat around your stomach area and gets it firm! Toning is so important as part of an exercise regime.

The term "diet" pertaining to a fad is a stupid one, technically we are all on a diet lol. Eating a balanced diet, however, combined with exercise and a reasonable caloric deficit is the way to go. Don't go for these fad things, they're all bollocks! lol

also, I know some girls are self conscious about these things, but I don't think you need to lose any weight. I'm anon on the internet, I've got no reason to bullshit you. lol
If that's you in your photo, you look fine to me, curvy but in a slim attractive way, if you want to lose a small bit of weight I guess you could just cut down portion size a tiny bit.

When I was chubby the last thing that was lost was stomach fat. I read that we're genetically made that way. You lose fat on your limbs then chest then stomach.

weight naturally fluctuates over the course of a week plus its the holidays. dont worry about it too much.
