You probably have OCD. Not because you are scared to flip out on your sister or cuss I front of your parents (assuming the fear isn't crippling) but the counting while doing a task and doing certain things when you eat food does suggest it.
Before anyone says anything about it not being OCD, there are different forms and levels of OCD, just like every other mental disorder.
It is obsessive COMPULISIVE disorder. Cumpulsiveness is having the urge to do something even if you don't know why, and in the case of OCD feeling a sense of wrongness when it is not done
(Don't worry, I have OCD, and other issues, as well)

Sounds like what would be described as OCD.
I used to try and colour match all of the pegs when I was hanging out clothes on the line. If I had a peg of a different colour I'd search for the same colour so I could make it coordinated. Then I stopped because I don't have enough time for that anymore...
I had OCD and it sounds like many things I did. When I turned the TV off, I had to have in on volume 10, and a certain channel. I had to have things ordered in numbers of 2 or 3. I would think something bad would happen if I didn't do a specific task a certain way.
Can you try not to do any of the things you talked about? How do you feel? Or do you get very uncomfortable or afraid if you dont have the radio at a even number, or count tasks and end on an even number?
And you might also have a hording issue if you can't throw things away.

Sounds like it, but it's probably not too severe from the sound of it. If you feel like it's complicating your life too much then you should talk to a therapist to try to get some of the nagging symptoms in check. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is usually pretty effective for this sort of thing.
I don't think you have OCD... Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is much more severe and difficult to deal with than little ticks and habits.
It would be considered OCD if you feared a horrible , unlikely consequence. EX:If you didn't end on an even number you truly believed a family member would die.
It's OCD. I have it and o do similar things. When I was young I called it evenitis.
