Heading pad, green tea, and almond chocolate can ease your cramps but if it gets worse please see a doctor, there are some health problems can cause bad cramps including ovarian cysts :( 😕 hope you get well soon

Try an anti inflammatory pain killer (Advil and such like) those are good... Do you like bananas? Try eating those.
I take Midol, run a hot bath, and then I eat chocolate in said tub. Then I take a nap. Either in bed or in the tub. Once I fell asleep on the bathroom floor.
Percocet and tea 😌
I sleep it off.
