Don't do this! I've done crazy diets like this, and while you lose the weight fast, it comes back but with interest once you mess up.
If you ate at least a 1200 calorie diet and then burned 200 to 300 calories with some cardio, sit ups, Russian twists, planks and simple stretches, you could probably lose 2 pounds a week, keep that weight off and look SO good. With crazy diets you'll look 'skinny fat' instead of thin, lean, healthy and toned.
Besides, you want to keep the weight off so don't do nearly impossible diets just to lose the weight quickly. You'll destroy your muscles doing that and will also harm your bone density. Too many health risks, it'll be hard to maintain, and you will gain the weight back when you eat normally and skip a day or two of exercising.

That would be no good, in my eyes that is classed as an eating disorder. Stick to your calorie limit:
Female: 1800-200
Male: 2400-2600
(obviously depending on your age and how active you are, you can google it)
By eating less all it causes you to do is get a smaller stomach, sounds good but when you are back to eating the normal amount of calories... healthy amount, then your stomach will just get big again
The BEST way to loose weight is my exercising and eating the RIGHT amount of calories, meaning you can literally eat as much as you want if you exercise
By what you are doing now, in my eyes is starting to become an eating disorder, you might not even realise. Contact your GP please to get help...
How do you expect to burn 1500 calories per day? Unless you mean via your basal metabolic rate. You would have to do HUGE amounts of exercise to burn 1500 cal/day more than you naturally burn. With your weight you are looking at running about 17 miles a day to burn 1500 cal.
If you are not careful you will do more damage than good. If your calorie intake doesn't support muscle growth you can also loose muscle mass as it will be being starved for nutrients. Consult a work out specialist for more info

Dont eat so little. Thats crazy. Eat around 1400 calories per day. Mo less otherwise you will go into starvation mode and as soon as you start eating more again you will put all the weight back on if not more!
Just eat healthy and workout and you will get results :-)I wouldn't be surprised if you gained weight on that kind of crazy diet. Your body will know it's starving and try to store calories.
Please try for small practical changes that you can maintain over the long term. That will help you take off and keep off weight. Its not as simple as calories. your better off eating lots of tomatoes then you are burning calories in the gym as tomatoes quench your liver and your liver needs liquid to burn fat. tomatoes are actually more effective then water at quenching thirst but you also need to drink water.
Research The Great Starvation Experiment on youtube so you don't have to read the actual book. It explains how you'll lose weight, but it also explains the down side of starving yourself and how you're damaging your metabolism. This isn't healthy, there are other ways you can lose weight that won't cost you your sanity and health in the meantime.
That sounds like you're going to starve yourself, and while yes you are likely to loose weight, it's also going to potentially harm your health. At the very least make sure that you get al the non-caloric nutrition you need while doing this. All that said, I am not a nutritionist and carry have not researched the matter.
That seems like you're over exercising. It should be well balanced, I ran in a treadmill/epileptic exercise machine for about 30-45 minutes and I lose anywhere from 350 calories to 500 calories, just from that alone. Then I lift some weights and other means and usually lose a total of about 800 - 1000 calories all together. I eat whatever I like since I usually turn that fat into muscle any how, and I drink some protein shakes of some sort as well.
That just sounds horrible, normally I'd ask ht n wt, but that sounds like a bad plan for almost any one
That sounds almost anorexic...
That doesn't sound healthy.
