Best way to lose FAT?

I couldn't care less about weight. I just want to lose fat. I'm fine with strength building exercises - but I don't have access to gym.

And I know you can't spot reduce, but I am aiming more for belly workouts.

Most the stuff I've tried doing (i haven't really been looking for specifically strength building so they're kinda all over the place lol) is more.. Russian twists, plank, leg lifts... stuff like that.

Anything else I should be trying?
