Be active (play sports, jog, swim, ride a bike, exercise)
Don't eat after 8 p.m.
Whats good for me might not be not a good work out for you.
This is my work out
2/week -- I do 100m sprints 100m jog and so on (for 10 laps around the track)
4/week - 4-6km jog
5/week - I play sports
1/week - ride a bike
1/week - swimming
In addition to that every morning at home I do sit ups, push ups, pull ups
Your goal is to lose fat and you will start losing it only when you sweat. No one will see how strong/sexy are your abs if they are covered by fat. That's why don't even worry about doing the same exercises all the time.
