I love running at night, it just feels more calm outside and I feel like less people are watching me huffing and puffing haha. However, that is more dangerous, especially for a young woman alone. I'll do it occasionally, but literally every time I see another person I pretend I'm talking on the phone hahah. I feel safer on a bike though, that way I can speed away faster if anything happens lmao.

Oh my God night hands down. Well not really night so much as an late evening when it's dark already. Especially in winter days when the days darken quicker. My rout usually includes running between a forest and an cemetery so running at night kind of gives me a cool adrenaline boost there.
Oh fuck me this is a tricky one.
Ideally at night because it's cooler however this has its own problems. Encountering strangers at midnight its awkward and potentially dangerous.
I will go at either 10pm-1am at night,
Or 5-6am in the mornings. For around 1hr on average.

do it during the day or evening. don't do it in the morning because you won't have anything in your system. like, you can eat shit, but it won't digest properly for optimal energy. running at night is just something i wouldn't do. i'm not a runner, but i did do track for 10 years and made the junior olympics nationals a few times so i'd like to think i did something right.
Depends.. sometimes i like night because it helps me sleep after or if im going out after itll get me pumped up. sometimes i like day because then its over with and it will keep me thinking about what i eat during the day as to not ruin the run. if i do it at night sometimes ill just eat more and be like ill just burn it off later and then won't.
Depends on the time of year. Spring and summer evening. Fall and winter mornings. I try to limit my cool weather running, otherwise I get runner's hack, sounds like I have just got over an asthma attack.
I prefer either early morning or after dark. It's more peaceful.

I'm just generally more of a night owl so I tend to feel most energetic around 8-9PM, which is often also the time I use to go for a run.I have read that it is better to boost your metabolism if you run in the morning. I like to do both. I usually run more at night just because I am busy in the mornings haha
If I do any kind of running or exercise during the day or morning, I will fall asleep right afterwards. So night. Plus I like the cold, especially in summer when it's a bit cooler.
I prefer to run at night because I'm an owl but I try to run in the morning as soon as I wake up as much as possible because thats when you are able to burn the most fat.
Day, the road and track here are not smooth. Street lights aren't bright either so it always has to be during the day.

I definitely prefer running in the morning. Getting up bright and early and hitting the road is so exhilarating to me. I know I'm gradually getting sexier each time I go which is just cool.
