Ok so basically lets break it up. The key to weight loss is to lose more calories than your calorie intake. Thats where exercise comes in. Get where i'm going? But eating healthy food thats low in calories? Less calories to burn off! But this doesn't mean less exercise.
Now, to lose weight it doesn't matter what you eat really, its mainly just the amount of calories. But I recommend losing weight in a healthy way - you still eat a good amount of food but eat the right food: you have to have carbs in your diet whether you like it or not. The vest carbs are things like brown rice and quinoa. You should incorporate some meat for protein but make it meat like grilled chicken and cook it in a little oil and season it with a little salt, nothing too heavy. To lose weight faster, make most of you meal vegetables. Try not to eat lots of cheese or milk, as they're not great for losing weight.
For exercise, target each body part at a time. (Arms, calves, thighs, back, stomach). Be organized bc there are plenty of exercises for each different areas. Do whats best for you- you can devote a day or week to one or even a few body parts and switch off or you can do the whole thing in one day. Try to incorporate cardio too.
Also remember to get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water.
Make everything a routine and be organized (make a weekly chart for what exercises to do on each day and what to eat on each day too). Don't give in. I have a friend who I asked to help me so every time i'm tempted I have to tell her I really want to eat that pizza but i'm trying to lose weight and she has to tell me not too. It REALLY helps lol.
Also get on pinterest! there's so much motivation and body goal pics on there :))
Have fun!

You can't lose a ton of weight in a short period of time. You have to keep doing what you've been doing: losing weight steadily through diet and exercise. If you drop pounds quickly, you're not taking care of your body and are more likely to gain it all back just as fast as you lost it.
Limit your weight loss to no more than 3 lbs a week. In 10 weeks, that's your 30 lbs.
Look at the calories in everything you eat. Always go for the lowest. Don't skip meals. That will just slow your metabolic rate and make it harder to achieve. Don't snack. Limit yourself to 2 treats a day, both under 100 cals. Don't pile food on your plate, every type of food has its own place on the plate without overlapping.
Try and increase your exercising. Simple maths... 1lb in weight is the equivalent of about 3500 calories. So each day, reducing by 500 cals is 1lb a week. Split this into 250 less cals in food plus an hour a day of ADDITIONAL fast walking will lose you that 1lb a week. OK, it'll take 30 weeks, but that's easily achieved. if a chocoholic and pizza-holic like me can do it, anyone can.
well there is no such thing as fast but healthy. losing weight fast means you're not giving your body enough time to adapt to the changes, so you'll just gain it all back again if you decided to eat 3 cheeseburgers and spaghetti on Saturday and pizza and 2 breakfast burritos on Sunday.
you have to continuously lose weight at a healthy decent pace, which is usually around 0.5-1 lbs per week. that may seem like a little but it adds up over time and thats the main goal here, to turn it into a lifestyle.
you have to be patient and keep pushing.

You don't, unless you want to do it in an extremely unhealthy way. Weight loss is not about fast results, it's about lasting results. If you wanna starve yourself and risk gaining it back go with the rapid method, but you run the risk of developing a severe eating disorder.
What you should be doing is increasing exercise intensity at as your stamina builds but it isn't going to give you rapid weight loss. The most rapid healthy weight loss you experience is in the beginning stages and typically only when you have access weight. I personally don't believe in the "lose it fast" mentality because to me it translates as being too lazy to make sure you lose weight in a healthy way and it translates as a super unhealthy mindset. So, continue to eat healthy, increase your exercise and maybe cut out unneeded fats, sugars and carbs. There is no way to do that in a healthy way, if you starve yourself or over exercise you will just gain back the weight and more later. Lose it gradually and healthily so you can stay healthy! Also I severely doubt you need to lose quite as much weight as you think you do, consult a doctor no one on here can help you properly! Dieting is bad!!!
You should ask a doctor... to my best knowledge losing more than about 5 to 6 lbs a month without doctors advice is not wise.
Reason: you body needs to adapt (less blood needs to circulate if there is "less body" and you body can't adapt to a sudden massive weight loss).
If you'd lose a lot of weight the wrong way you'll become sick and depressed, be very careful :oBe careful... drastic weight loss can mess with your body in a bad way.
Loose skin
Stretch marks
Loss of period

So... don't give yourself a deadline.
If you have a 500 calorie a day deficit (either by not eating as much or burning the calories) you can lose 1 lb a week. And that is considered the healthiest way to lose weight. You can only safely burn 1-2 pounds of body fat per week. And thats at maximum effort for the average person
3500 calories per pound of body fat
Reduce 500 calories per day thats only 2500 per 5 days!
You still need to burn off 1000 calories by exercise

It's called a bacon slicer. You can safely and steadily lose about two pounds a week, by eating nutritious food, watching your calories, and exercising.
You need to eat, though! Your body needs nutrients to maintain your vital functions and tissues! Don't starve yourself.
