Well im 15 and girl my whole life i been growing up to a drug addicted father i have been starving and depressed i feel lost my grandmother past away when i was 10 years old lately he's been on a drug run chasing drug's my parent's refuse to take me to the doctors i have a chronic illness that can cause me to go incoherent and cause chest pains my dad refuse to buy food my dad said if i want to eat i have to steal food out of stores and so im Hungary and poor im thinking about a prostitution to help myself😪

what should i do?

This definitely is neglect. You need to call the police as soon as possible. They will work with Child Services as well, I assume, to find you a better home. You should not be living like that.
