As a Nutritionist-Dietitian, here are some points that I want emphasize every time people ask me about appetite supressants.
1. EXERCISE - it is recommended to people with a very healthy appetite
Scientifically speaking, and also according to my experience, exercise suppresses the appetite and also the body's digestive functions.
This is actually due to the fact that during exercise, your body has released the fuels(glycogen and fat) to support your activity. By the time you're done, there are enough in your blood which doesn't make you hungry. Also, endorphins, as well as the hormones Ghrelin and Peptide YY are involved. When released, the suppress the appetite.
HOWEVER, this only works on lean women. If you are obese or overweight this might not be very applicable.
2. WATER - drink a glass of water before you eat. This will make you feel full.
3. FIBER and FAT - fiber rich(fruits, vegetables) and fatty foods(salads, milkshakes) in the diet will prolong satiety. It means that you will not be able to feel hungry for a longer time compared to eating other foods.
4. Behavior Modification - Learn to control yourself. This doesn't mean that you have to skip some meals. Always remember that you still need to observe BALANCE, VARIETY, and MODERATION in the diet.
5. There are other appetite suppressants sold over the counter.
HOPE THIS HELPS.

exercise. no I'm not being funny if you go for a run (or cycle or swim or something) when you are hungry it will supress your appetite and then come home drink water and have a meal.
Starving yourself is a very bad idea. Your body ends up eating muscle (which weighs more than fat) and leaves you really f-ed up. So ya, it seems like you're "losing weight" at first but you're really just getting rid of the good parts.
If you actually want to get into shape what you need to do is exercise regularly and eat healthy. Not only that, but eat MORE than you are currently. Eat 6 smaller meals a day (about every 3 hours or so).
There are so many websites dedicated to health and nutrition. All you gotta do is google it.
As already said.
Eat smaller healthier meals ab out 3 hours apart. total of 6 meals

you need to eat a protein and a complex carb every 2-3 hours. drink lots of water, and have a little green tea. stuff like diet pills just make you fat in the long run.
water will do the trick.
Always drink lots of water before every meal and during every meal. Instead of snacking on food, snack on water. It will fill you and it won't cause you to gain any weight since it is just waterCocaine. Works for me!
Drink lots of water.
