Overall,not the healthiest choice.
Peanut butter is healthy in moderation, but only to an extent.Because it contains peanuts,it contains GOOD fats, which are healthy for the heart & good for hair, skin and nails, but too much consumption can be bad for because since it is high in fats, overdoing it can raise cholesterol.
Jelly isn't really healthy.More sugar than fruits in it.
Bread can be healthy in moderation, but whole grain wheat bread is healthier than white bread.
So overall,no,it isn't healthy, but it certainly isn't the most unhealthy thing.

I eat peanut butter every day and am fit. Just follow the serving size and go with the natural kind (better than fake tasting hydrogenated ones). I don't have the jelly...
There are different types of jelly, and some are healthier than others. look for sugar free (if you don't mind sacrificing a little bit of taste) and you shouldn't have issues. Just don't use 3 or 4 slices of bread and triple stack it like I did, cause that defeats the purpose, lol.
Don't kid yourself. Neither of those things are "healthy" never mind when theyre combined.
