****ALWAYS* eat when you're hungry. if you don't, you're body will go into ketosis (which is where it slows down to preserve energy). sometimes, I'll eat as late as 11pm.
the best way to shed weight VERY quickly is to eat organic whole grains, lean meats and vegetables and nothing else... but eat several *small* meals throughout the day; I eat maybe 7, 8 times a day, and I have a chiseled 6-pack
however, its more diet than anything else. also, eating many small healthy meals throughout the day will super-speed up your metabolism, which in turn makes you burn more calories throughout the day
i can only drink water or tea, and I can't remember the last time I even put sugar in my oatmeal (I just heat it up with water or skim milk)
also, you might want to hit up things like green-tea extract; it'll further boost your metabolism.
oh, and one last thing; always eat the moment you wake up. that'll boost up your metabolism throughout the whole day
any questions? just ask.

You should stop eating about 3-4 hours before you go to sleep. The last thing you eat should be something with a lot of protein.
Snacking is worse than a meal.
Have three small meals and you shouldn't feel the need to snack. If you going to have carbs, don't have them at night if you're not going to be doing anything - i.e not at night.
And if you're planning at stopping eating at a certain time of day - the earlier the better - as long as you're not making yourself hungry. I mean - the only reason people suggest these times is because we're generally less active then - so our body won't be using it up.
i think you are supposed to stop eating at least three hours before you go to sleep. stopping eating at 7 or 8 just isn't realistic for me since I got to bed every night between 2-4 lol. so that's the rule I stick to generally. I also recommend eating many small meals throughout the day as a healthy way to lose weight..i love food and love to eat nd I think I manage to maintain a healthy balance in my eating nd in my enjoyment of food ;)

I don't mean to offend, but that sounds enormously stupid.
Eating just one or two sizeable meals a day slows your metabolism and makes your body store more calories and expend less energy - meaning you'll be tired and drowsy and you won't lose weight.
4-6 meals a day, oatmeal works fine. At least 2 liters of water spread throughout the day, have a squirt bottle with you. 40-60 minutes of physical activity, daily, at some point strenuous enough to make you sweat rivers and taste blood in your mouth. This yields results. Starvation can get you permanent damage to your health. All up to you.Whichever works best for you is the time which you should quit eating.
Make sure your snack is light and healthy such as fruits and vegetables.
I eat around 1,000-1,200 calories a day and I'm still healthy, I still have energy to workout and run and I get my period. Get over yourselves people.instead of limiting your eating habits try doing some workouts instead to burn a few extra calories a day, it's much healthier and way easier then tracking your diet

Like look it up on google, not only do you get your answer but you KNOW its going to be a proper answer. Plus you'll also get a reason why you shoulkd be eating certain times a day.the best way is to have 3 small meals a day not skipping them.
And if you get full don't eat more. Its 8pm your not ment to eat later.you need to eat dinner. starving yourself isn't going to help you lose weight
