I like your eggs hash browns pancakes if I make an omelet I will make it with any kind of steaks or anything like that I had it the night before with onions bell pepper and depending on what I cook tonight before I will mix That Into The Omelette here but if I don't eat a healthy breakfast and a big healthy breakfast I just feel like crap all day.
And then about 10 a. m. a snack Weatherby fruit or or pastry of some kind and then at lunch time lunch then sometime in between there and when I get home to cook dinner I have to eat another snack of some sort and then I have dinner and then about three hours later I have another dinner because all I do is burn energy all day long

You eat red meat in the morning? Also you eat meat in the morning? Both these things would kill me. I mean if it has to be meat in the morning at least make it white meat.
Personally breakfest is just ya... know cereal or something more conventional.
You could just skip the meat at breakfast. I typically go for a smoothie for breakfast. If I need a little protein to keep my macros where they need to be I will just throw in a scoop of protein powder.
Broccoli and cheese omelete ( one slice of cheese is really good)

Find a store near you that sells Niman Ranch pork and pick up a tenderloin. Cut it into thin, breakfast sized strips and keep a few days worth in the fridge, then freeze the rest and use as needed. Niman Ranch farmers are all humane animal raisers and use no chemicals or hormones in their food. You'll pay more, but it's worth it. Never, EVER buy Smithfield, Hormel, Oscar Mayer, etc, or similar companies. Even Boars Head meats suck.

You could still ask and find (with your butcher or your supermarket) for cuts of meat that are more lean that are not as processed and will naturally have a lot less fat, less sodium and no preservatives.
But I prefer chicken and so does my cat... lol. Lamb and veal are also an option, especially veal... that's some good protein and lower fat content.
And I think the healthier option would be fish like salmon or tuna. Well it doesn't count as cooking but I like to mix together some yoghurt and muesli mix that has some fruit and nuts in it. Tastes pretty good and easy as hell! Pretty healthy too 🙂
There are varieties of Turkey sausage, or vegetable based bacon and sausage that are better for you. Even oatmeal is better than pork
Smoothies.
I usually have a protein shake for breakfast and get my protein from that. Some times I make scrambled eggs on the weekends.
Wild boar it’s healthier than normal pork leaner darker and doesn’t really have a gamey flavor it will be difficult to get it’s not that expensive depending on where you live but it’s not cheap either but once you know where to get it your all set
You can buy steak in the deli section that resembles bacon. Steak has become a past-time, but it can still be enjoyable if you are in the mood for it... THAT'S what she said!!!
Egg and spinach with grated cheese. Sometimes protein shake and apple.
Ribeye Steak… at least that’s what I made a couple of days ago for breakfast along with a couple cackle berries.
Turkey, chicken, fish, venison
u should cook with mushrooms instead, if you sauté them right they have a savory taste like meat. i cook oyster mushrooms all the time as a side to my scrambled eggs, they taste kinda like bacon.
you could buy a ham, cook it at the start of the week and have ham and eggs all week. but it would need to be a real ham not a frozen boxed thing
You could try 5% fat minced beef with mustard in an omelette.
