Remember diet is as important as training, if not more.
You should be eat between 5-6 small meals a day, these meals should include lots of protein and a little carbs..
Have carbs before workout to give yourself a bit of energy, protein IMMEDIATELY after work-outs..
Protein shakes and creatine are good but I prefer to do it naturally, remember they are supplements and must be taken with a good diet..

Gym time, protein (whey, creatine), take in more calories, eat more meat. Don't work out sloppy or uselessly, or else you'll be wasting your workout. Then it's a matter of effort, time, hard work, and patience.
eat a lot of veggies and not as many carbs and sugary foods. do at least an hour of cardio 4 or 5 days a week. do exercises like pushups and pull ups because you are lifting your body weight. you can do some weight training, but the full body exercises are usually more effective

do pushups... lots of pushups. but do them regularly, like every other day and when you're not doing pushups, run a mile. oh wait that's what I do and I'm skinny as f***.. fml
Lift heavy things, like weights. Or big bags of sand. Or boulders.
But probably weights.Buff guys are gross and unattractive. Skinny guys are hot.
