How do you control your mind when your in tough situation?

Currently I'm in a situation where i can't control my mind.. Mentally I'm not stable.. can anyone help me how to come out of this situation?

Look into wall and think about looking into wall, thus pishing all other ideas aside for moment to atabilize yourself.
