How can I motivate myself to lose weight?

I wanna be healthy, and be a healthier weight. I'm not fat, I just wanna be healthier. I know what to do, like run 3 or 4 miles and do some conditioning, but I JUST can't DO IT. I go outside, run for like 10 minutes and go inside cause I got bored. or I just don't do it at all! ughh I need motivation. any tips?
