I would be against the avoidance of doing stretching. Even when you are young, stretch. When you are older, stretch.
Don't take the covid shots!! They are poison and, obviously, aren't any good!! If they were good, why would you need to take several of them? Covid can easily be cured with other methods.
If you get cancer, DON'T opt for chemo & radiation!! It CAN be EASILY curedIf you are putting something together and it isn't going right... STOP! Don't go any further... find the root problem, and proceed.

It always gets me laughing. You hear gym rats and product "huns" talk like they are going to outlive you.. When in fact it will be someone like me buying there organs to live a bit longer.
My mom was a former doctor and the advice she gave all her patients was "eat more fiber". It's also a good way to lose weight. Fiber products can provide all the nutrients you need. However, you can't digest fiber so it will eventually pass out of you. You will gain when you eat, but over time you will see a general decrease in your weight as more of your diet is comprised of fiber.
Avoid all artificial sweeteners. Most have negative effects on your health, including links to certain cancers, diabetes, blood pressure and kidney disease.
Remember the most serious symptoms are often just related to minor conditions, beware of those that seem insignificant.
I asked my wife who's a GP and her advice was for me as a patient never to listen to other doctors other than her ;)

If you want to live to be an old man or old woman, don't go through life without a plan for how you will live a full lifespan.
Cut sugar down to a minimal and completely avoid sweeteners, sugar is bad but better sugar then aspartame for example. Avoid fluoridated water if you can, avoid gmo foods.
I would tell most patients "Go easy on the exercise. You're never going to be an athlete."
Don't take experimental drugs from billionaires who aren't medical doctors.
Eat well and never skip food even of you are not having mood to eat.

BMI is not always correct, some people are just built differently so not everyone is overweight according to their height and weight, muscle is heavier
Eat a well balance diet. Natural foods whenever possible. Donāt drink liquids after 8 if bedtime is around 10pm. To avoid interrupted sleep.
