Patience. Stamina takes time to build up, thus the very definition of the word, being able to do something for a prolonged time.
Set short time goals for yourself that are easy to achieve. Walk for a few minutes, then jog for a minute, then go back to walking. Repeat this for the first few times you go, and remember to give your body rest days in between workouts. Then maybe the 3rd time you go exercise, jog for 2 minutes, and so on. The main point is to gradually build up your stamina by pushing your body to a comfortable limit. Don't be discouraged by any setbacks, your body will get tired and sore, but if you stick with it, your body will get more and more used to it. Good luck!

Build stamina by setting mnageable goals. Try to run for one lap, usually 1/4 mile, or maybe 4 minutes at your speed. Then after a few days, try for two laps, a half mile. Stop eating a lot of meat, try to ge completely veggie if you can, but don't obsess about your diet. Take changes in your diet gradually too in much the same way. Start with a little less meat and go from there.
Jogging will build muscles to some extent, but start doing core exercises, also slowly at first. Try planks, just for a few seconds, and gradually extend the time you do them.
Get some books on nutrition and working out and slowly incoorporate ideas you get from them into yoour life style.
The more you jog, the better/easier it'll get. Just keep doing it. Push yourself for longer amounts of time each day. Run 2 minutes, stop for a minute to catch your breathe then run some more and keep doing it.
You have to just keep pushing yourself. It seems hard now, but before you know it you will be able to run as far as you want without stopping. Just don't give up!
