I do 20 - 30 min of cardio every morning. Usually running or with an dvd, in the summer I sometimes go swimming too. Before I go to bed I do Pilates or Yoga for like 10 - 15 minutes.
Additionally I play field hockey twice a week and do workout plans on two other days. I've done this since I started college last fall but I didn't lose one pound. I'm kinda chubby so I want to lose weight and I'd really love to know what I do wrong
