How did you lose your weight, tell your story? (Page 2)

Question

I can't figure out how to lose weight without starving or feeling deprived. What was your method? I'm looking for people responses that lost more than just a couple pounds but I'm 245 right now and looking to get to 170ish.What do I need to do? How do I maintain it? How do I need to workout? What should my workout consist of? Do I literally have to map out what I am gong to eat for each week?Most importantly when should I see a 10 pound result?

What I've done is cut back on sweets. I stopped over eating, and exercised a little every once in a while. I've lost a bit of weight healthily. That may help

What really did it for me was when I changed my diet because I wanted to be more healthy and not because I wanted to lose weight.

Uh its called watch what u eat and when u eat it. It doesnt really matter how small of a portion u eat at a time if u eat frequently within a day
