What I've done is cut back on sweets. I stopped over eating, and exercised a little every once in a while. I've lost a bit of weight healthily. That may help

What really did it for me was when I changed my diet because I wanted to be more healthy and not because I wanted to lose weight.

Uh its called watch what u eat and when u eat it. It doesnt really matter how small of a portion u eat at a time if u eat frequently within a day

by not eating and sleeping all day
By eating less and exercising more.
I ate less & did more. Simple as that.
I head green tea works
by stopping eating out, eating junk-fast food
