I know that feeling, however in my case has been with a co-worker instead of a boss.
Nevertheless, both have the same solution: take courage and tell him how you feel.
Things change, he might have been a cool guy in the past, buy now he is a total idiot in the present, and he seems only cool with the others except you.
Don't be afraid of him, tell him what you feel and think in a polite way, and if he doesn't take it well, then that will prove your point.
If he wants to make you more miserable or fires you, then you can see his supervisor and explain the situation.
If he is the maximum supervisor, then you don't have to continue putting in his terrible behavior . I know you need the job, but you as a person are more important. If you cannot fix the issue with him, then prepare discretly a CV and once you get a job offer and a new job you can leave, it is better to leave the job before something worse happens.
The most important thing is don't let him control or walk over you.
