What is the best way to get from 129 to 115. I want to look good in my bathing suit this summer and I don't like how I look now, so I would love to loose 15 pounds in 3-4 weeks ? Is it possible ? And if so, how?

Whatever exercise you're doing. Add to it. Go for a run if you're not already. If you are already, go for a longer run, or go for two instead of one.
As for looking good though, at that weight, you're already looking appetising. I wouldn't make it a life or death matter to lose weight, honestly.
Try adding definition to your body too. While you won't actually lose weight because you'll be gaining muscle, you'll have a more refined, toned look, which gives you just as good an appearance, if not better.
same here. well, I've been eating less and drinking water. I walk more and work out. those will help. it's possible to lose that much weight but you have to stay really disciplined. and just make sure it's a healthy BMI and it's not too thing. I'm not sure how tall you are, but I'm 5'7 and around 120 but I plan on losing maybe like 5 pounds or less than that. so just eat healthy. don't do the diet pills,they just are weird. I took one particular brand and it had way too much caffeine in it.
how? Sports, eating less sugars and grease.
If you're a 6ft girl, your weight is lower than normal.
Don't try "miracle pills" : they're dangerous.
