I just want this year to end I got no one to turn to me and say “hey it’s gonna be alright” I feel depressed all over agin nothing seems to excite me even talking or doing things I like has become an issue… I just wanna cry and sleep Thats just about it…
This is the feeling I been getting since yesterday a feeling of hate, regret, despair and the list goes on…

Make an appointment with your usual/local Dr and tell them exactly what you've posted here and get prescribed antidepressant medication and within a couple of weeks at most, you should be feeling much better, less miserable and depressed, and have a fresh outlook on life
what to do about it?
1) Get at lest 20 minutes of sunlight on as much skin as possible every day.
2) Eat a healthy diet
3) Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
4) Get plenty of sleep
5) Make your bed, take a shower, brush your teeth every day
6) Practice gratitude. Tell God what you’re thankful for in your life. Tell family and friends that you’re thankful for them on a regular basis.
