Haven't talked with my girlfriend for almost 2 weeks. is she waiting for me or not interested?

it has been 2 weeks since i texted her. before that i was always initiating contact. she was replying lazy so i stopped contacting her. im the last one messaging her. i meet with her one week ago tho. so we can say i we havn't talked for a week.
why haven't i talked to her?
1. i'm the only one initiating contact and she replies late. so she kills my mood basically ( i don't know why girls think they are being hard to get when she replies late , it totally kills the mood and affection and forget what i wanted to tell you.)

2. i saw her talking to another guy last week after i left her and she know i saw her.. so i suspect she maybe cheating one me
( my friend told me he saw her with him 2 months ago and i didn't believe him and trusted her enough not to ask her. so yeah it paid off :/

3. i didn't want to ask her right away in order not to act out of emotions and until i can think clearly of the whole situation.

with that being said. why do you think she didn't contact me even though i have asking and contacting her? i wish i could meet with her to ask her what is going on but i cannot see her until one week. so it has to be texting.
i have to options :
1. continue ignoring her till she messages if she is still interested.
2. contact her normally like nothing happened. yesterday our results came out. so i can ask her about that.

Unfortunately it sounds like she’s lost interest. Not all conversations have to be long and deep but a ‘hey, how are you doing?’ Every now and then shouldn’t hurt. If that’s not the case then it looks like she’s not interested once again. Also maybe she’s used to you initiating everything and in some way feels like she doesn’t haven’t to because you always do. Anyways, in a relationship, the feeling of being eager to talk to your partner should be mutual not one sided. Her waiting for you to text back first after you replied last is lame and immature. Don’t waste your time.

Find out if she's cheating first and then text less and focus on talking and seeing each other more.

It really depends. I would try to get as many facts as you can first. I don't think I would use the word confront for how I'd approach it, but it depends on your relationship with her. Be careful about blaming her, even though it sounds like there's decent evidence. I'd talk to her about it and try to get a feel for how she responds.
