Should I ask her if she could ever see us being more than friends?

So me and this girl have been talking since the start of college (both freshman). She got out of a relationship from a guy (from home) almost 2 months ago. I have always had feeling for her but had to hide them (because of bf). She is single now and I want to be hers and her be mine.

We already eat lunch every day together alone and she calls me her "Penn State boyfriend". She has kissed me drunk when I know she hasn't kissed anyone else at college. I am the only guy that is close with her. I know she isn't obsessed with me because she is not one of those girls to get into guy drama. She is pretty simple and not too exited about anything. I don't want to ruin our friendship from me asking this though and I don't want it to seem out of the blue and scare her off.

Advice please?
