If you are ready to explore that connection with this crush you should tell him "Hey what you doing today?" if he say he's not doing anything important then you should say "Would you like it if I come over to hangout with you for a bit" and then from there if he say sure then you can go ahead and express your feelings and make sure he actually listening to your feelings
