Is it time to let my boyfriend go... I don’t think he cares about me?

I met my boyfriend almost a year ago, we love each other but I still don’t feel like he really cares about me.
I've spoken to him about how I feel about stuff like this; he hasn’t met all of my family yet and I still haven’t met all of his, he always makes excuses- we don’t spend any holidays together (Christmas/Easter etc) as he always comes up with reasons, we spent NYE together because I told him how I felt, but I’m always pushing to get more involved in his life but it’s like he doesn’t want it.
part of him wants the single life, he goes out with his friends and has a few drinks every other week and then he’s happy to see me when he’s not busy and can fit me in... that’s what it feels like.
Then he puts it on me and says I’m too greedy and want to see him so much, but isn’t that the point of a relationship?
what should I do, let him go?
