A year ago I broke up with my boyfriend of free years, not because I didn't have any feelings for him, but because of his actions towards me, he would even make my birthday and any other special day his day, I couldn't have any alone time because I had to be with him, when i would study for collage he would make me do it in his car just because and so on. Point is recently I went out in a city for a girls night out and when i returned I don't know why but I wrote to him if you changed I would like to try again and he responded the same, needles to say i remembered what happened and I don't want to return to the bad situation that it was and now i have no idea how to confront this situation, I already feel really bad that I probably made another person hopeful when I can't return the relationship that he hopes and I mentioned. Any advice?
