Is it wrong to fall in love too hard, too much?

The last time that happened, it was too intense. That's the only thing I get too passionate about, when I love someone. Unfortunately he was a cheater, user and a male golddigger.

My reaction when I found out:
''Oh no you didn't. Now I'm going to strangle you, I'm going to rip your eyes''.

It's just an expression. It doesn't mean I'm doing to do it. I can get intense both when I love someone and when I learned they cheated or used me. I do not ever forgive nor forget if you ever double-. cross me and neither will my family. You made a permanent enemy to them too. You've been black-listed forever.

What could've happened if he was a decent guy
Permanent loyalty till old age, I would still be sweet as honey and have kids. Basically I'm all yours but don't betray me nor my trust.

It depends I fall in love deeply as well. I am very very loyal when it comes to relationships outside of the internet. haven't had one of those for a long while and with long distance and over the internet its almost like its never going to happen never going to be next to each other. Dont get me wrong for the right person over the web I would stay faithful as long as we was heading in the direction of being with each other outside the internet. As for loving too much yes it is possible I let my heart and soul decide liken I told you but one time it was so strong it was almost like a sickness it was a love sickness. Its driving force was exactly what I needed to chance because no matter how many times it would break me down during a day it would always be brand new in the morning just as strong and just as much a driving force. It was love sickness. The state I was in and the health I was in fighting my demon so to speak and use that expression though I wouldn't have made it through with out it as a better person and now with my sanity. But if I hadn't had to do the things I need to so that amount of love would have been to much. Put it in a little perspective the amount of residule love left that can become suck strong love again is more love than I have been able to feel for any one I have fallen in love with or told I love since then.

I do not see how it is wrong, however, it is risky and will have associated pain and sense of loss. It’s a packaged deal. It’s not fair to blame others who do not feel or act like you…different strokes for different folks is the cultural worldview.

I guess it's a culture thing. We can place too much value on dedication, family and loyalty. Now with this experience, I'm not going to point up too much nor let my guard down easily.

True. By now I look at a man's actions and no longer just words. My reaction if I got cheated now wouldn't be that emotional reaction anymore but total indifference. I would just open the door and be like ''ok here is the exit door, bye''.

I always keep in my mind that anything done too the extreme is bad, even if that thing is good. Loving someone too much, helping someone too much, giving time too much, working too much, being lazy too much, exercising too much.

True. I've learned it by now. Nowadays I'm not an extreme giver and don't put anyone on a pedestal. I'm easier now... if they cheat they can walk out the door any time.
