Im tired of this dynamic?

So im 23 and 4 years ago I went abroad an d lived abroad for 6 months. I met a boyfriend and I spent the whole 6 months with his family and him. They took me in like their own and we had so much fun together. I had to go back home but I kept in touch with everyone including the boyfriend and his family and sisters. His sisters were my age and so nice to me and always buying me gifts. Me and the boyfriend broke up due to the distance but we remained friends. 4 years later and I still talk to them a lot by text and social media. I have been over 3 times to visit and everytime I go my parents always have a massive problem with it. There is alwasys a tension in the house and they tell me that I should move on in my life. Its difficult for me beacause these are my friends who I spent so much time together and I would lime to see them. Their country is 2 hours away. I want to vist next month but I knkw my parents will make a big fuss about it. What should I do? What do you think about this
