That the first question of self-reflection.
Any style of relationship last longer if the relationship is founded and based in LOVE. No matter what type. If it is based in anything other than LOVE it will not nor will ever last. You can be dirt poor and be in LOVE. You both can not be Top Models and still be in LOVE. LOVE is the key, LOYALTY is the everlasting bond. You don't necessarily have to do the whole submission thing as Sexual Only. Submission to a woman comes in many forms. Opening the door, putting her first, giving her massages, rubbing her feet, bringing breakfast to bed, running a bath; even the simplest of cuddle and wrapping your arms around her holding her tight. That form of submission will break her shield down. Even opening up in clear communication WITH, not to her. Listening to her no matter how pissed off and frustrated she is.
I had to learn these things the HARD WAY. I had a year long self-reflection that led to a an explosive week of an Ego Shattering moment. A relationship & marriage is a Power Sharing one. Certain things the Man has say, a certain things the woman has say. Maybe this will work out for you.
She might ask/demand that you be a Hybrid Alpha/Submissive (Alpha Public - Submissive in private) who knows.
Communication, Communication, Communication in no particular order is ultimately key. Work on that. Both MEN & WOMEN lack Communication Skills. None is superior than the other in that department.
Just some thought to consider. I'm no expert but they are personal thought of personal experience and self-reflection of my own accord.
