Can we fall in love with someone because they are good looking?

They say that if you love someone, you will love their defects and personality.
What if I fall in love with someone because of their looks, then I accept their defects and don’t care about their personality, I still want them, is it still true love?
If I accept their defects and not willing to let them go every time o look at them, is it still love?

Is because he's good looking the odds are it won't work but if the guy is good looking has a heart of gold put you first. . has confidence with in smart and is a happy guy. For sure go for it. I have been attracted to a crazy girl despite her issues before and apart of it was her looks, but she also was very predictable, which made it interesting. You can feel like you are with someone just because of their looks if their personality is bad, but in reality it might not be just that.

Again, I don't know your situation and I'm not trying to psychoanalyze you, but just throwing out an example of maybe what it could be instead. Sometimes we don't realize shit about ourselves and it takes someone else telling us to know about it.

I think you're confusing desire with love. Everyone loves a pretty face and body, as in enjoys the carnal desire that those two engender. But, a nice face and body have nothing to do with WHO a person is, what kind of mind and heart they have, and how they treat other people.

You can live on a diet of sex for awhile, but not much past that while. Good bodies and faces have little to do with a good personality and personage. Good sex doesn't track with a good anything else either.

And sex and love are two entirely distinct entities. It pays you in droves NOT to confuse the two. Though they can run together, they also, often, run separately.

MIght and then it might not. Sometimes you are with someone who isn't so attractive, but as you spend time with them they look better and better because you love them more and more.

Most women think it is. But the truth is most women delude themselves because they need this feeling so bad. But most women today are so toxic they have no real concept of what real love is. This is one of the reason I like this site.
