Should I break up?

so im 20m and my girlfriend is 20f so we started dating 2 weeks ago and how that happened is when i was 15 she was my crush and im hers but i never had the confidence to ask her out it was rough periode of my life but now back to the present now we are in distance relationship as I'm studying abroad but she is coming in July and im asking why i should break up because i got social accounts because of her i never used it because i was too focused in my studies and training and what i foumd is shocking like she take pictures with multiple guys but that was before dating so i said okay but just today posted another picture with another guy and she keeps telling he's just friend and another thing is that she is obsessed with mia khalifa always talking about how she is a strong woman and she is her role model and now she smokes with some guys and always telling they are just friends all this for me are red flags and sorry for my broken English im not a native speaker
