My crush/coworker and I have been talking to each other and hanging out one-on-one for a little over two months now. About the second week into us talking, she told me that she started talking to her parents about me and that they were taking a liking to me. Over the course of the next two month, we would go to dinner once a week and I'd go to her place twice a week before work to bring us coffee. She's shown many signs that she might be into me such as body language, constant heavy eye contact, teasing, slipping up when saying certain things, etc. We've always said that meeting the parents of our crush, is a huge deal and is important to each of us. She would tell me every few weeks how her parents liked me, indicating she kept informing them about me and about us. She's even sent them pictures of the foods we were eating in our outings.
I met her parents the other day while we were moving her stuff out of her apartment and she really wanted me there to see them. After her parents left, she kept saying how much they liked me and she even had me listen in on her family phone call that night. Later that night she told me again how much they liked me and how she doesn't introduce just anyone to her family. Since then, she told me how I was brought up in conversation a couple of times with her family.
We're still coworkers for the next couple of weeks and she doesn't date coworkers which is why I always thought she didn't tell me how she felt about me. I then met her older sister's SO a couple of days later and he kind of acted as if he knew something I didn't and I've heard how he talks prior since I heard him on the family call, but he seemed to have this playful/secretive tone of voice. So, is it possible she likes me even though she hasn't told me? If not, why would she have me meet her family and make a big deal about it?

She might be waiting for you to confess, traditionally men make that move.
I told her in like week 3 that I was developing feelings and she told me that she wasn’t weirded out by it at all and that she loves talking to me, hanging out, and being around me and that she was looking forward to the summer with me and everything we wanted to do. She told me the other day that she has an idea for her and I, but she wasn’t going to tell me what it is. She’s been super excited about it and finally told me that she wants to go out to get me a nice outfit and we both dress up, go to dinner, and do a photo shoot together to “update” my dating profile. At first I was really upset because I thought everything was going so good, but my friends think she used the updating of a dating profile as a coverup behind her true intentions, especially since it took her a while to say something so they think she was trying to find something to cover it up. I hope they’re right because I want to tell her how I feel, but I’m really respecting the whole “not dating coworkers” thing
Well, the only way to find out is to tell her how you feel in whatever way makes you comfortable. All that myself and your friends can do is build your confidence with positive reinforcement but we both know that’s not a factual answer since none of us are her and our opinions can only be speculative. However I would advise going into that situation ready for whatever. For instance, if she doesn’t like you back can you continue being platonic friends?
I definitely will try, but there will be a bit of disappointment for the fact that she ensured that I met her parents knowing how I only do that with people I romantically like. And then to keep reassuring me how much her parents like me and how much it meant to her
So I’m not trying to douse your hopes whatsoever, but you may not wanna put too much on the whole parents thing. I only say this from experience, I am close with my parents so if I’m going to go out for the night/day with someone, especially a guy, it’s important to me my parents meet him. For peace of mind really. With that aside though I do wish you luck! Hopefully you get the outcome you desire.
Nooooooooooooo -- don't get involved with coworkers. Terrible idea.
