My partner and I have been going through some hard times.
In the past two months we’ve had a car accident, he broke his leg, my mother got diagnosed with cancer and we both lost our jobs.
we got into a huge fight last week and it ended with him saying he wants to take a 1week break.
he said he loves me and won’t leave me but he just wants to not spend time together for the week.
he’s still left all his stuff at mine and before leaving for his apartment he said he would text me later and in a week we can look at going to a movie.
he also said throughout our break he wants me to spend that time looking after myself and maybe go on a holiday somewhere.
is this the beginning of the end and is he trying to breakup with me? Or am I being paranoid and is he being a mature boyfriend
