Me and my boyfriend just had our son 3 months ago and we don’t live together but he says he will come over to see me and our son but we haven’t seen him in weeks almost a month, he said he will come over and he hasn’t still but he’s been on Facebook active so I texted him and called him but he doesn’t text or call back and still hasn’t came by, he sends 100 dollars for our son every month but I’m started to think he’s ghosting us and probably met someone else, he’s very sneaky and doesn’t seem to want to be around us.

I think you're right. Look up a child support calculator for your area and if you think you'd get more than what he is sending, then file for it. He's playing games, and you don't need to deal with it. Take what you're due and find a new man. Don't let him make you look tragic chasing him around.

Haha, they will garnish it straight out of his paychecks, take it from his tax return and any other entitlements, and some states will even take his license and give him jail time.

I was living with him while pregnant but then he kicked me out I didn’t know he was actually like that until living with him
