A male colleague at my workplace seems to be interested in me. I like him too but because he is introverted I feel that I need to make the first move all the time. I also want to be sure if the indications are for sure signs that he likes me.
Some indications include:
1. He find it uncomfortable to make eye contact with me in the mornings. After our first few discussions, he gets comfortable and smiles a lot. There is lot of eye contact.
2. Whether it's at the desk, during meetings, or at lunch, he consistently chooses to sit near me.
3. He invited me for coffee after lunch, resulting in a lengthy one-hour conversation. Time flies when we are talking.
4. He waits in the office until I leave work. Even when all the employees left. He waits until I start packing and joins me till the parking lot.
5. He once mentioned that he doesn’t enjoy talking to people a lot but enjoys talking to me.
However, he does not initiate any conversation when we are working from home which is almost 4 days in a week. I am in the office only once a week.
