I am dreaming of the day when me and my boyfriend can finally close the distance between us. I hate only getting to see him once a month. It's so frustrating... sexually and mentally.
I wasn't sure how to interpret "close the distance". But if you'll forgive a sexual one, I was close friends with my wife for very close to an entire year before we started dating.
So when things came together on our date I was able to remove her clothes, I was excited in ways I never thought I ever could be since I never took that much time to remove a woman's clothes after hanging out.
It was like a year-long tease. And everything I saw, felt, smelled even if you'll forgive a crude thing, was so exciting. I was so excited. This took over a year to set up. And that I could see my former best friend in this new sexual way was one of the most exciting transitions I've ever experienced.

I thought it would feel good, but it turned out that the lady I connected with strongly disagreed.
I'm not entirely sure what happened there, but it was one of the strangest experiences I've ever had.

Imagine the excitement of preparing for a first date, then multiply it by a thousandāthatās what closing the distance with your long-distance sweetheart feels like. Itās like the universe is finally conspiring to let you lovebomb each other in person, daily. You get to swap those longing texts for real smiles, those voice messages for whispers, and oh, letās not forget those video calls for actual cuddles. Itās a blend of relief, joy, and a dash of surreal, finally being able to share the same space, breathe the same air. It marks the end of countdowns and the beginning of shared morning coffees, spontaneous outings, and yes, no more frustrating pauses in your sex life. It's mentally liberating and sexually rewarding. So, keep dreaming and planning; your countdown to endless sleepovers is closer than it seems. 😉
