My boyfriend and I barely speak anymore what can I do to change that?

Hey guys, my boyfriend and I barely speak anymore, we do but briefly through out the day. We don’t hangout everyday. So I know we don’t talk anymore because all I ever do when we do speak is complain and nag about him liking girls pictures on instagram or following girls on there or why we don’t go out on dates or why we don’t hangout often anymore. And he is tired of it. I don’t blame him at all for not wanting to call or text me much. He told me the other day that he wishes he was excited to answer any of my phone calls but he dreads it every time. I know that I complain and nag and I am dying to stop. I also know that I get into my feelings way too often and then when I bring i ask him “why do you follow these girls on instagram” we start an argument and the rest of the night is ruined. For example: i slept over his house yesterday and when i woke up this morning I was getting dressed for work and usually he would look at me or play with my butt while I am getting dressed and this morning he didn’t even look at me or touch me. i called him when i was driving to work to see why he didn’t look at me or touch me and he said “there’s no way you can be angry this early in the morning” and that he was sorry he was looking at his schedule for work. and i tried calling him again and he ignored the rest of my phone calls. I truly truly don’t blame him, i would also ignore him if all he did was argue with me everyday. I just want to know what can I do to stop complaining and nagging so I can get him to be happy to be with me again. Thank you in advance

I have been there, trust me. You should work on your insecurities. You should start thinking positive like ‘he’s with me because he finds me physically attractive’. You should stop worrying because he doesn’t know those females and he’ll never meet any of them. You should stop stalking him on social media, I deleted Instagram & deleting it helped me maybe you should if you can’t avoid stalking him. You should tell yourself that it’s you against them, meaning you have to make him happy so that he doesn’t go out looking for happiness.
