How far can activists push this radical LGBTQI++ agenda?

No, it is not. This is an example of a case that has gone way too far and it is going to cost this kid in the future not just for education but every day life. He used a pronoun, but someone got mad because it wasn't their "preferred" pronoun. So he gets hit with a sexual harrassment charge? Are you kidding me? This is setting the expected standard for these extremists. Mere disagreement is going to result in something along these lines at this point.
The kid did nothing wrong. I actually think that school in particular has 2 other cases going on like this one. This was not a sex crime by any means. The school should be sued for that.
Actually, I have no idea. I looked for another source but there's very little reporting on the incident. I don't know if this was an overreaction by the transgender student, or if the boy was repeatedly and deliberately misgendering them to make a political point. School officials sometimes do overreact to what should be minor incidents, and that could be the case here.
As far as "free speech" goes, it's not unlimited on school grounds. Harassing another student may result in disciplinary action. But there's no telling what really happened here. One thing for sure is that the sky isn't falling. Students aren't going to be disciplined for forgetting someone's preferred pronouns.
no. what a mess. but it's still a headache to manage for the school, kids, and parents. Just don't use gender terms or maybe the left could be more tolerant and understanding of the majority... and be forgiving.
to the gender messed up kid, it's gaslighting, which is torture. it's true for them.
to the other kid, it's bullying and abuse.
could equally be:
assault with a deadly weapon (mouth)?
bullying in the 1st degree
Gaslighting
how does a 13yr old get that screwed up? somethings wrong, we need to admit it's wrong, and study it. time to spend $100 million to the science team that can figure this out.
It has to be. Because it's just a pronoun for you, but for them it's a whole identity. Think about it — if your name is Liam and people call you Lisa, would you not be offended? Would you not be bothered? Assignment of biological genders on someone forcefully is no good.
There is no criminal charge and there won't be. This is purely an academic matter. The school does have a responsibility to protect all students from harassment, and deliberately misgendering someone, trans or not, is a kind of bullying. I doubt the boy would be happy if his classmates started calling him Nancy and using "she/her" when referring to him.
You make a good point, anon1903. I agree that kids who bully should be disciplined. Racial slurs, for example, wouldn't be tolerated. But calling it a "crime" is over the top.
At the same time, a certain amount of bullying is part of life. One of the lessons school kids learn is how to deal with it. It part of growing up and standing on your own two feet.
So things need to be kept in perspective. Is it a crime to call someone a sissy, or fat or ugly or stupid? And a pronoun, for Christ sake?
@slatyb. Nobody is "owed" courtesy, and it's certainly not assault to say something that someone takes offense to.
The problem with the new type of "woke" liberals these day is, they think they can use force to require compliance with their sensibilities. The problem is, they don't care about other's sensibilities.
They used the correct pronoun, just not the "preferred" one.
Using 13 year old children as examples to force society to follow their ideology or face serious criminal charges is despicable and harmful.

That's what happens when you are repeatedly and intentionally disrespectful to other students. Suppose a student decided that his name was "Nancy" and always referred to him using "she/her". Do you think that should be allowed by the school? What about "Stupid" or other similar words?
Whether expulsion is serious? Yes. Expulsion from the community is the usual penalty for willful and repeated obnoxious behavior. If he behaved that way at my workplace, he would soon be unemployed. He knows how to behave, he just refuses to do so. It doesn't even matter what he believes about transgender people. He's been politely asked to refer to another person using their preferred gender but he refuses to do it, because God or what-f-ing-ever.
Thank you for the MHO ❤

Leftists in Wisconsin are aliens attempting to infiltrate and disrupt the culture!
If the school was private and had rules against using the wrong pronouns, it could be a violation of school rules.
I would like to principal to explain how this is a sex crime. Don’t people know the definition of a “sex crime” these days? Wow. Terms like this should not be thrown around casually. I’m appalled by the illiteracy and incompetency of American school teachers.
**i would like the principal**
Yeah, that's not a sex crime. It's not even a fucking issue 99.99% of the time
Fuck no it isn't on my watch and if some fucking freak tries to control my language..

The shit is getting deep anymore.
Imagine your society members not being able to decide between their pronouns and are still calling themselves civilized!!
Until we put a stop to their fucking insanity!! "1984" is warning, NOT a guide book!
If you dilute the meaning of the term "sex crime," you're only hurting victims of actual sex crimes. This is a complete joke!
A crime? No, but it could be a violation of school rules, just like using racial slurs or other verbal harassment.
"Sex crime" is a quote from the boy's idiot mother. "Sexual harassment" is a school offense, not a crime. She is probably also to blame for his unwillingness to behave courteously to others. His behavior is no different than another student deciding to call him "Nancy" instead of his preferred name.
This is just a bunch of fucken idiots spouting their shit. Clintonization would be useful about now for these people
I cannot even imagine your predicament given the girls rape charges just take it to the proper authorities and be done with it
No. If I was the parent of these kids I would ask for a jury trial.
I know that it isn't a crime; but that doesn't mean that the county prosecutor knows that.
If you're using the word agenda you lost your credibility dude
Except it does. If it can happen to that kid in Wisconsin it sets a legal precedent for it to happen in other states. If it could happen to that kid, it could happen to other kids, opening the way for prosecution.
Or did you not learn how the law works before you graduated high school last year? I mean I’m assuming you learned something useful there beyond how men with cocks can give birth.
@Juxtapose. Exactly. Respect isn't a human right. Respect is earned. And being an entitled bitch doesn't earn respect. They are the most hostile, judgmental and unlikable people of all.
They always have the option to just walk away. But isn't using the strong arm of the law to get their way ironic? They're doing to others what they, themselves, object to. That's where certain LGBTQ+++ activists have gone off the rails. They are dangerous, hateful bullies.
what a queer. send them to the fake ukrainian war
If it isnlt it will be soon.
This is the exact reason the lust for power
