HOWEVER... I learned something a couple years ago that straight up startled me.
I entered college at 5'4 and 117 lbs. I thought I was fit. I was skinny - size 4, so skinny, right?
My athletic instructor that semester calculated our "actual" fitness (body fat, BMI, etc.) and she came and told me that my body fat percentage put me at obese. So my weight might have been normal but the percentage of that weight that was made up of fat was not.
So... there's that. Not saying that's your situation, but lots of time, when people think they're fat... they don't need to lose weight, just change their body fat percentage.

You have a lot of fat for your frame, but you're not actually fat. You look like you have quite a high body fat percentage. So while you don't need to lose weight, you could lose fat and replace it with muscle. It would make you slimmer, and more toned, and ultimately healthier too.
Lol I read this question an hour ago and was just like... This is a kids body. I'm so mildly impressed by my instincts. You are still in your baby fat years. Let me see if I can find a picture from when I was your age and when I was 18.
RIght now, you are not fat at all. But you MAY gain more fat in the future. Looking at your body, I feel like you have a probability of getting fat, again it doesn't mean you are (even a little) fat as of now.
I said it based on your age. If you were around 18, I would have said, don't worry you are perfect and won't change unless you go crazy on junk food.
In short, you need to be careful in the future. Get into sports, you will remain the same plus have a toned body.
Nah. This is actually pretty normal. Not thin (which isn't always good) and not fat. A woman has to have something on her bones, otherwise a man will instinctively think that she wouldn't be able to carry a child as effectively as she ought to.

I would say chubby, not fat. But a lot depends on other places too. Hips, thighs, neck, face... They matter too because different people accumulate "visibile" fat at different spots.
