I would find a diet plan that you like. my advice is you can have all the tools but your mind has to be ready, if your mind isn't ready then it is going to be hard to loose weight. You must have determination and will power! just tell yourself how you feel after not working out or having something bad. That gross feeling. i did a diet plan and I've lost 62lbs in 9 months. I was almost 300lbs I would recommend Jenny Craig. They teach you about portion control which is a major key!

Eat separate food groups at separate times its easier to digest for your body. I. E. for morning veggies and fruits and for lunch proteins and stuff like that. Eat more times a day but less food. Stay away from sugar and saturated and trans fats. Eat unsaturated fats in the form of grains. Also stay away from processed foods eat fresh foods that you cook. That should be enough. That's how I don't get fat in the first place.
