Will I lose weight with this diet?

okay, so I eat for breakfast, a 1/4 corn flakes and a 1/2 of fibre 1 cereal and mix it. I pour some almond milk in and grab a banana. then during classes I have some baby carrots and for lunch I have brown rice and half a chicken breast. then for another snack I eat frozen fruits I cut up. and lastly for dinner I have steamed broccoli, brown rice with haddock sole. that's usually what I eat but just mixxed and mashed.. with other meats and vegetables obvi :P. also I can't forget that I drink at least 8 glasses of water and go to the gym almost everyday for at least 1 hour.
Will I lose weight with this diet?
