I would guess yes.
But the scale will tell you. If you're not losing weight like that ... message me, don't just cut back. _If_ and its a big if, IF you need to go lower, you can't just cut everything, you'll need to play with ratios and maybe substitute a few things. But I suspect that should do it.

Bananas are one of the sweetest fruits. Change with something else, like an apple or vegetables.
You need to let the body use the stored sugars before it cuts into fats. Try removing from your diet white bread (if it already isn't). Other than that, you can't do anything else without doing some damage.

Yes you will loose weight. Its simple, cut your portions, watch what you eat, and you will loose weight.
