My girlfriend told me that she loves me, can't imagine her life without me and want to short out our problems and the next day we broke up?

We passively broke up that night and I got my stuff and left. I regret everything and I want to get her back. I wrote a letter and said that I'm willing to change in order to be together. I bought flowers and went at her place but she rejected me. A few days later I texted her that I love her and I'm thinking about her. And she replied that she loves me too and thinks about me as well. I was extremely excited. I talked to one of her best friends and told him that I want to exchange our photos during our relationship. A day later she sent me one of our photos together and told me that's how she wants to remember us. I immediately told her that want to see her and she accepted. She seems really adamant that we won't get back together but leaves a few breadcrumbs here and there. Do you guys think I have a chance getting her back? And if so what should I do during our meet up?
