Most women have banal topics of conversation, for example I like differential equations, but every time I talk to a woman she talks about show business and celebrities like Taylor Swift or the Weeknd and I get really bored.
I think this happens to everyone that is intellectual with all kinds of people they encounter. Man or woman. You've just gotta find another outlet for those topics. And that might even involve not talking about it with certain kinds of people.
For instance, I'd love to talk about audio in a very in-depth way with people in my life, but it's boring to most. So that's why I mainly do it on those niche discord or reddit forums with like-minded people.

Your interest is too narrow. Either find a mathematician who shares your interest (good luck with that) or simply remove yourself from the dating scene.
This is why I rarely associate with other women. I find most boring.
