Why are guys obsessed with women's feet?

Question

I'm meeting users on here that show a high interest in women's feet.. 'it's their thing'!
But why? What is it about our feet that you like?
Weirdly enough, you only know about it online.. But not in person...
Can anyone here put some light on this?

I'm equally surprised and puzzled by the apparently common foot fetish that a lot of guys seem to have. To me, feet are a thoroughly unerotic body part, although some can look cute or even 'pretty' (such as those that are relatively small with no visible veins, and maybe with some painted toe nails, etc). But yeah, I also don't get how or why they can be considered sexy.

On a side note: I do actually find it quite sexy when a woman wears heels, especially with tight pants, but that's mainly because of the way it raises her calves and makes her ass stick out more. They also look really feminine, even though ironically they were first worn by men lol

It isn't just that, it's hands, shoulders, neck... the shape. I like to touch and visual shape... maybe that's why? It's just that they are feminine.
I trace it back to when someone messed with my feet as a kid... theory. Wired in my mind the importantce?

Maybe this really is the island of misfit toys? Not something that is talked about in public, would wonder how many do, what the "bell curve" looks like.

It's very hard to explain why you're attracted to anything. Try explaining why you are attracted to whatever you're attracted to.

One very common trait for foot fetishists is being submissive. Being under someones feet is generally considered a submissive position. There is a lot of symbolism of submission when it comes to feet. It's the lowest part of out bodies, therefore being under someones feet is being under that person in social status.

But then there are the more physical attraction to feet. It's a part that a lot of women take care of. Making them soft and painting their toes etc etc. I think that media plays a role here too. Toe flirting is not uncommon in media for example.

It's a very common fetish among men. I don't personally have that fetish, but you see it everywhere. It's just like anything else. Some people are in to massive boobs, some are in to hairy armpits, and some are in to feet. For all things that exist, there is a fetish for it. Feet just happen to be a common one.

Most guys have no interest in that particular part of a woman's body. But I also notice that a lot of guys do, and express that so much that it would seem more guys have that interest. Even among the opinions to this question, some who deny such interest speak of interest in the whole body, yet manage to focus on the feet. No idea why such interest among those guys.

Foot fetish. And only some guys have it. I have no interest at all. I also think you have to have the fetish to understand it. It's just one of those things. I don't get it either lol. That's why it's a fetish. Having said that, I don't know if it's the same for women with guys or not, but a woman's entire body (even things like feet and hands - non sexual) can be attractive to us if we are into you. But this is different than that lol.
