Like a compliment that they think she is attractive.

There was even a deliverer who I accidentally had eye contact with because I was playing a game and he stared as if he was surprised or something. I can never really tell what kind of stare but most men just stare surprised or look me up and down and sometimes smile or still be surprised.

On one hand, I'm sure it's flattering to know you're turning heads! Like it means they think you're🔥right? So in that sense, yeah the staring could kinda be taken as a silent compliment.

But at the same time, I can imagine constant staring would get super annoying too. Like bro, you tryna check me out or interrogate me? Lol

And them never coming over to say hi is prob lowkey disrespectful. Like have some balls and introduce yourself if you're so stunned! Makes you wonder what they're really thinking sometimes too.

I'd say try not to let it bother you too much either way honestly. You're gorgeous with or without their approval. But if dudes are gonna stare, least they could do is give you a smile or a "hello" to be polite about it!
