To lose weight, you have to do the following:
-Take part in cardiovascular exercise such as: running or jogging.
-Eat real food such as: chicken breast, salads, tree nuts, hummus, or anything that's not processed, pre-cooked, or fried.
-Drink a lot of water to keep your metabolism going strong.
-Do core exercises such as push ups, sit ups, and isometrics with free weights
-Use a medicine ball when exercising...do side bends, oblique twists etc.
Search google for exercises that will help you shed the weight. Stay away from all of those workout videos, gimmicks and fad-like fitness dances.

Exercise is good. You may not need to diet, just eat well rounded meals -- some protein, fruit and veggies at each meal. Some fruit or veggies in between meals. Stay away from fatty and fried foods or too many carbs. When I am losing weight, I usually eat 6 times per day. (3 meals plus 3 snack attacks)
You either need to ramp up what you're doing, or totally overhaul the way you eat. Most of weight loss comes with how you eat! I shouldn't have to tell you what is healthy.
For a while, I was trying to lose 10lbs. I ran 6 miles everyday, early in the morning, and then various other exercises. I did that for a few months. And you know what. I didn't lose any weight, because I didn't change my eating habits. I would eat less, but when I would eat, it'd be a bag of chips, a TV dinner, frozen burrito, or whatever.
Start being more conscious of what you're eating.
I suggest just keep up what you're doing and have a diet change... but I have no room to talk I took these supplements: "Acai Max Cleanse" and "ColoThin" (one each every day) and lost quite a bit of weight in a month, even the first week.
