There are exercises you can do at home. Going outside where strange people can gawp at you seems like a bother to me. And yes, I've lost weight through diet and mild exercise.

I have high metabolism, I will evaporate if not eat a significant amount of food regularly 😂. One or two days of less eating , I lose almost three pounds.

Your caloric intake has more to do with weight loss than exercise. Just eat less.

You can lose weight by walking 45 minutes a day. Less calories in then calories burned and you can burn 2 tob6 lbs a week
