What is going to happen if you eat nothing but two fruits/day and water for four days? (Page 2)

I did 3 years ago and it ended very bad. I was sick for maybe 3 months. It was 1 month lasting diet but I don't know why I did, maybe to make mom mad.

You will just have a temporary weight loss. (water weight loss). The weight will come right back on when you resume your normal eating habits.
